Direct Organizer Payment

Use this when your club collects money directly through bank transfer, UPI, QR code, or another organizer-managed method.

Setup

1. Choose direct organizer payment in the challenge or event payment settings.
2. Add the fee amount.
3. Add payment instructions.
4. Add payment link or QR code details, if available.
5. Save and test the participant flow.

Participant Experience

Participants:

• see your payment instructions
• pay you directly
• upload payment proof
• wait for approval

Review Proofs

Approve proof only when you have confirmed the payment.

Reject proof if the payment is missing, incorrect, or unclear.

Important

For direct organizer payments, the organizer handles money, receipts, and refunds outside Xfitconnect.
