Reviewing Payments
Club admins may need to review payment status for participants.
Direct Organizer Payments
For direct organizer payments:
- review uploaded proof
- approve confirmed payments
- reject incorrect or unclear proofs
- handle refunds directly with participants
Online Payments Through Xfitconnect
For online payments through Xfitconnect:
- check payment status in the app
- use support if a payment succeeded but registration did not update
- do not ask participants to pay twice unless the first payment clearly failed
