Welcome to the ultimate seasonal transition challenge. As the summer heat gives way to the monsoon skies, your goal is simple: build an unbreakable daily rhythm and keep moving.


This isn't about crushing agonizing distances; it’s about building an unbreakable daily rhythm and adapting to whatever the skies throw at you.


Choose Your Weapon Daily


To tick off a successful day, complete at least one of the following minimum thresholds based on your schedule, energy levels, or the weather outside:


  1. Run: 30 Minutes (Pace 8:30 min/km or better)
  2. Ride: 45 Minutes
  3. Walk: 30 Minutes

The Intent Behind the Rules

This challenge is engineered around a core philosophy: Consistency over Intensity. We designed the scoring engine to protect our community from overtraining while ensuring a dedicated daily walker can fairly share the leaderboard with an elite triathlete.

  1. The Power of Showing Up: Your greatest asset is daily presence. The scoring structure guarantees that a participant with a flawless 30-day streak of meeting minimum daily thresholds will always outrank someone who logs massive, sporadic workouts but skips days.


  1. The "Diminishing Returns" Principle: To encourage sustainable habits, rest, and recovery, your daily effort points cap out at a strict maximum target. Moving beyond this limit is incredible for your personal fitness, but it will not contribute further to the leaderboard.


No matter your sport, the playbook is simple: Lock in your 100 points by showing up daily, and grind for those extra effort decimals to claim your spot at the top of the leaderboard!


💡 Pro-Tip for Athletes: Avoid Overtraining

Remember: This challenge is built to celebrate daily rhythm and habit building, not single-day exhaustion. If you run 25 km or ride 120 km today, your effort points will still lock in at the 300-point maximum. Save that extra energy to ensure you can show up and log another successful activity tomorrow!
