The Keep the Pace Going challenge is all about building a steady running routine. Whether you're new to running or returning after a break, this challenge helps you focus on consistency rather than intensity.
Instead of long or fast runs, the goal is to show up every day, maintain your rhythm, and gradually build confidence and endurance.
🏃♂️ Challenge Duration
14 Days
✅ Rules
- Complete at least 2 km in a run for it to count
- Only one run per day will be considered
- Multiple runs in a day will not give additional credit
- Missing a day breaks your consistency streak
- Progress is based on number of valid days completed
- In case of ties, total distance may be considered as a secondary factor
🎯 Goal
Complete as many valid days as possible — aim for all 14 days to build your running habit and earn your badge.
