Commemorating the legendary Battle of Saragarhi (12 September 1897), where 21 valiant soldiers of the 36th Sikh Regiment made a heroic last stand against 10,000+ invaders, choosing supreme sacrifice over surrender.

(Note: Creating an account on the XFitConnect app alone is not sufficient; you must register for the event on the website). - Global & Virtual: Open to participants worldwide. All activities must be outdoor GPS-tracked and synced to XFitConnect.
2. Daily Points & Activity Selection System
- Single Highest Scoring Activity Rule: Participants may Run, Walk, or Ride. Only ONE activity per day yielding the maximum points will count toward the leaderboard. Multiple activities on the same day will not accumulate base scores; the platform automatically retains your highest-scoring activity of the day.
- Minimum Distance Thresholds (Below this = 0 Points):
- Run / Walk: Minimum 2.0 km
- Ride (Cycling): Minimum 10.0 km
3. Scoring Rules, Weightage & Daily Capping
To maintain a level playing field between beginners and pro-athletes, a strict daily base cap applies:
- Running / Walking (Run / Walk): 5 Points per km (Daily Cap: Max 4.2 km / 21 Points)
- Cycling (Ride): 1 Point per km (Daily Cap: Max 21 km / 21 Points)
- Note: Distances exceeding the daily cap on standard days will not earn additional daily base points. The maximum daily base score is strictly 21 Points.

4. Weekly Consistency Streak Bonus
Participants maintaining unbroken daily activity streaks will unlock recurring consistency bonuses:
- Week 1 Streak (Days 1–7 unbroken): +21 Bonus Points
- Week 2 Streak (Days 8–14 unbroken): +21 Bonus Points
- Week 3 Streak (Days 15–21 unbroken): +21 Bonus Points

5. Weekly Mileage Endurance Bonus Challenges (Multi-Tier Breakdown)
Cumulative weekly distance targets are divided into progressive tiers so participants earn incremental bonus points as they hit each milestone:
Week 1 Window (Sept 10 – Sept 16)
- Tier 1 (50 km Run/Walk OR 250 km Ride): +150 Bonus Points
Week 2 Window (Sept 17 – Sept 23)
- Tier 1 (50 km Run/Walk OR 250 km Ride): +150 Bonus Points
- Tier 2 (75 km Run/Walk OR 375 km Ride): Additional +75 Bonus Points (Total = +225 Points)
Week 3 Window (Sept 24 – Sept 30)
- Tier 1 (50 km Run/Walk OR 250 km Ride): +150 Bonus Points
- Tier 2 (75 km Run/Walk OR 375 km Ride): Additional +75 Bonus Points (Cumulative = +225 Points)
- Tier 3 (100 km Run/Walk OR 500 km Ride): Additional +75 Bonus Points (Total = +300 Points)
6. Special Saragarhi Day Booster (September 12, 2026)
In honor of Saragarhi Day and supporting long-distance endurance rides, single-activity milestones on September 12 unlock cumulative +21 pts per tier:

Rule: Completing a higher tier automatically unlocks all preceding tier bonuses in that single qualifying activity. Each milestone tier can be completed only once during the booster window.
7. Strict Elapsed Time Rules
The total Elapsed Time of any logged activity must NOT exceed 2 times its Moving Time:

Activities exceeding this ratio due to prolonged pauses or breaks will be awarded 0 Points.
8. Total Cumulative Mileage Badges (Honor Titles)
Bronze Warrior: Run / Walk 88 km | Ride 441 km (Basic 21-Day Finisher)
Silver Elite: Run / Walk 150 km | Ride 700 km (Mid-Endurance Finisher)
Gold Champion: Run / Walk 200+ km | Ride 1000+ km (Pro-Endurance Legend)
9. Finisher Qualification Criteria
- Minimum Active Days: To successfully complete the challenge and qualify for Finisher Recognition, participants must log valid GPS activities for all 21 out of 21 days (earning minimum daily base points each day).
10. Special Awards & Recognition
- Trophy Category: At the conclusion of the 21-day challenge, the Top Male and Top Female participants on the overall leaderboard will be awarded an Official Trophy for outstanding endurance, consistency, and sportsmanship.
- Finisher E-Certificates & Digital Badges: All qualifying finishers will receive digital achievement badges on their profiles and verifiable completion e-certificates based on their performance tiers.
11. General Rules & Fair Play
- Outdoor GPS Only: Only outdoor workouts tracked via GPS are valid. Indoor workouts (treadmills, spin bikes, indoor trainers, gym sessions) are strictly prohibited.
- No Manual or Tagged Entries: Manual entries, edited workouts, or tagged activities on Strava will NOT be counted.
- Device Integrity: Using multiple devices or profiles for a single activity is strictly prohibited. Raw Strava/Garmin GPX streams are subject to routine algorithmic verification.
- Anti-Cheating Policy: GPS spoofing, vehicle assistance, or data manipulation will result in immediate permanent disqualification.
12. Tie-Breaker Rule
In the event of a tie on cumulative leaderboard points at the end of the challenge:
- The participant with the higher total cumulative distance logged during the 4 Weekly Endurance windows will be ranked higher.
- If still tied, the participant who achieved the bonus milestones in the fastest cumulative Moving Time will take the higher rank.
13. Management Rights & Final Authority
In case of any disputes, technical issues, or rule interpretations, the decision of the Organizing Committee / Spin & Stride Admin will be final and binding. Management reserves the right to audit activities and adjust scores to preserve sportsmanship and fair play.
