Jai Hind 🇮🇳

We are pleased to introduce the Monthly Virtual Fitness Challenge 2026, aimed at promoting fitness, consistency, and community bonding.


Activities Covered:

🚴 Cycling | 🏃 Running | 🚶 Walking


Guidelines:

* Only ONE activity per day is permitted (Ride or Run or Walk)

* Indoor trainer / treadmill activities will NOT be counted

* Points will be awarded based on activity type and distance (different and corresponding weightage for each activity)

* Rankings will be based on total points earned during the month

* For this month, activities will be counted w.e.f. 04 February 2026

* From next month onwards, activities will be counted from 1st to last day of the month

* Results will be announced at the end of the month

* Felicitation will be held on the last Sunday of the subsequent month during the Monthly Community Birthday Celebration

Recognition & Celebration:

🏆 ONE Overall Winner (maximum points) will be honoured with a Trophy

🏅 Top 3 performers will be invited as Special Guests for the celebration

1. Important Dates: Event Duration: Full Month (04th Feb 2026 to 28TH Feb 2026)

a) Start Date: 04th February 2026 (Wednesday), 00:01 AM

b) End Date: 28th February 2026 (Saturday), 23:59 PM


2. Important Rules & Clarifications:

a) No Run under 05 kilometres, Walk under 02 kilometres and Cyling Ride under 15 Kilometers as per Strava will be considered under any circumstances.

b) Run and Walk will be decided on activity selected as per Strava. No pace criteria is there.

c) Only single activity will be taken for consideration (Ride or Run or Walk), in case of multiple activities only the activity with maximum points will be considered.

d) Total Elapsed time cannot be greater than 2 times for Run/Walk and 2.5 times for Cycling Ride of the moving time.

e)Use of multiple devices are not allowed, however if any, the Organising committee has the right to take the correct Strava Data for consideration to include for the event. The representation will not be entertained.

f)NO tagged Run/ Walk/Ride on Strava, tagged activities will not to be considered;

g) No activity is allowed on treadmill/ Indoor trainers etc.


4. Points Rules:

Each activity will be decided on point system as under:


Ride: 1 point will be awarded for every kilometre covered.

Run: 1.7 point will be awarded for every kilometre covered.

Walk: 2.3 point will be awarded for every kilometre covered.

Maximum kilometres allowed is 100 Kms for Ride, 59 Kms for Run and 44 Kms for Walk after which no extra points will be awarded.

So maximum points for all the activities will be 100 Points


(Note: variation in points system is there to give equal points for longer distances)

NOTE: ALL THE ACTIVITIES ARE CONSIDERED AS DONE WITHIN THE ELAPSED TIME RULE.

Further there will be 2 points for each activity for those participants who fails to fulfil the criteria and gets zero points in the leaderboard, but tried their best to show willingness to come out for their health. For this a manual leaderboard will be released after the event ends.


5. General:

The leaderboard will be tracked on Xfitconnect App linked through Strava.

There will be only one leaderboard based on the overall points as per the rules covered.

*Only ONE participant who scores the maximum points during the month will be honoured with a Trophy

*Top 3 performers will be invited as Special Guests for the celebration
