🎯 Qualification Criteria for Active Days

Complete at least one qualifying outdoor activity per day to earn an active day.

🚴 Outdoor Cycling: Minimum 15 km per ride | 🏃 Outdoor Running: Minimum 5 km per run | 🚶 Outdoor Walking: Minimum 5 km per walk

📊 Points System

🚴 Cycling: 1 point per km | 🏃 Running: 3 points per km | 🚶 Walking: 3 points per km

⛰️ Bonus: 5 points for every 100 m of cumulative elevation gain

📋 Activity Rules

✅ Multiple qualifying activities may be completed on the same day.

✅ Each activity must independently meet the minimum qualifying distance.

✅ Participants must complete activities on at least 20 different days to qualify.

⏱️ Challenge period: 15 August 2026, 12:00 AM IST to 13 September 2026, 11:59 PM IST

📱 Activities must be recorded on Strava. Manual entries will not be accepted.

🚫 Indoor rides/runs/walks (trainer or treadmill), e-bike rides, and any abnormal, suspicious, or manipulated activities will not be counted.

⏱️ Elapsed time must not exceed twice the moving time.

👥 Age Categories

Men: Under 40 years | 40 to 49 years | 50 to 59 years | 60 years and above

Each age category requires a minimum of 20 participants. If a category does not meet the minimum requirement, it will be merged with the nearest age category.

Women: If the total number of female participants is approximately 20 (±5), a single Women's Overall category will be maintained instead of separate age categories.
